National Seminar on "Research, Startups and Intellectual Property Rights"

 Date: 18 June 2025 Venue: Chavara Hall, St. Mary's College (Autonomous), Thrissur The Department of Botany, St. Mary's College (Autonomous), Thrissur, in collaboration with the Patent Information Centre - Kerala (PIC), under KSCSTE, successfully organized a one-day National Seminar on Research, Startups and Intellectual Property Rights. The seminar aimed to highlight the importance of intellectual property rights in academic research and entrepreneurial ventures. Resource Persons and Sessions 1. Adv. C Project Scientist-I, Patent Information Centre - Kerala, KSCSTE Session III: Patent Searching & Patent Filing Procedures The seminar witnessed active participation from over 150 attendees, including students, research scholars, and faculty members. It served as a platform to foster awareness, provide guidance, and promote a culture of innovation and legal knowledge among budding researchers and entrepreneurs.
